💼 What You’ll Be Doing

Handling a steady flow of qualified car, personal, and business loan leads

Running your pipeline through a custom-built CRM

Working with clients to tailor finance solutions and build relationships

Collaborating in-office with a team that pushes each other to succeed

🔍 What We’re Looking For

Experience in finance broking or lending (ideally 1–2+ years)

Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone

Someone who’s results-driven, process-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced space

A team player with a positive, professional attitude

📘 Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking is preferred but not required

Ability to be self managed with strong time management skills
