The role

We're on the lookout for a motivated and enthusiastic Asset Finance Broker to join our team in an entry-level capacity. This is a rare opportunity to gain hands-on experience and comprehensive training in the asset finance space. Key Responsibilities

Work alongside experienced brokers to learn the ins and outs of asset finance & forming part of an internal Loan Market asset finance student academy

Connect with, manage and nurture - clients that form part of the Loan Market Breeze database

Assist clients with vehicle, personal and equipment finance options

Coordinate and process loan applications from initial inquiry through to settlement

Build strong client relationships through excellent service and follow-up

About You

No finance experience required - just a willingness to learn!

An autonomous individual who is proactive and committed to growing the asset arm of an existing organisaion

University graduate / banking or financial experience preferred - however, this is not necessary.

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

A confident communicator with excellent written, verbal and customer service skills

Proactive, motivated, and eager to grow

Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
