About the Role

Green Light Funding, the newly launched asset finance division of Loan Market Excel, is looking for an experienced Senior Asset Finance Broker to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your asset lending expertise within a new business, enhancing services for our existing clients while playing a key role in the growth and development of the company alongside the directors.

In this role, you’ll manage a diverse range of commercial and consumer asset finance transactions. The majority of leads will be warm referrals from our existing mortgage database, offering you a solid foundation to build upon. While these leads are provided, having your own strong referral network will be an added advantage!

Key Responsibilities

Manage asset finance deals from initial inquiry through to settlement

Build and maintain relationships with clients, referring brokers, and key stakeholders

Work closely with the directors to build and develop the asset finance business which includes sales cadence, workflow and support staff processes

Provide expert advice on both commercial and consumer asset finance options to our customers

Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient processing

About You

3+ years of experience in commercial and consumer asset finance (brokerage experience is preferred)

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work both independently and within a team

Ability to travel to the office 2 days per week (based in Cabarita) - while in the infancy stages of the operation, it is ideal for the candidate to spend more time in the office.

A strong referral network is a bonus but not essential
