Job Opportunity -
This role is all about relationships, creditability and reputation, it takes time to get all three inline and really make sure that you can deliver exceptional results and stronger equipment. You will travel Australia calling on Workshops within heavy transport, Automotive, Car manufacturers and anyone else in-between. You will need to provide a full-spoken solution and work on building a long-term relationship with the customer. The sales cycle for this equipment can be up to 12 months per unit. Once sold this were the real process and sales came in. Most customers that buy 1 unit will typically come back and buy another 4 to 8 units on top and this is due to the manufactured products. Rigorous heavy vehicle brakes, steering, suspension testing and wheel alignment is critical to ensure truck and road user safety measures are met.
Your outstanding track record in sales distinguishes you from your peers. Your ability to close new business opportunities, while also maintaining an existing client base is the key to your success. Your exceptional interpersonal, negotiation and relationship building skills are underpinned by your keen business sense and commercial acumen. You are driven to succeed and are renowned for your strategic business thinking, technical expertise and solution-focussed approach, encompassed by your ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
Candidate Requirements –
· 5 + years in Selling Brake Roller Equipment
· Excellent contacts within Truck workshops and OEMs
· Trade qualification either as Technician or Engineer
· Willingness to travel throughout Australia
· Strong communication and sales closing skills
· Relationships manager
· Highly motivated to learn and develop your technical engineering skills
· You must Sydney based for this role
