The organisation

People2people have partnered with a highly regarded global organisation who provide in-depth knowledge and exceptional customer service to their customers and have done for many years to source an experienced HRBP to be based in their Brisbane office.

The opportunity

Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will form part of a collaborative and high performing HR team that provides support and guidance across the full employee lifecycle while being involved in projects that are focused on process improvement. This existing role will be new to the Brisbane office, so you will have the opportunity to build strong relationships and be part of the positive change.

Selection criteria

• Relevant HR qualification
• Proven generalist experience within professional services / corporate adv
• Thorough understanding of legislation interpretation and awards
• ER / IR experience
• Stakeholder engagement experience
• Ability to travel nationally as required
