Your Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced B2 LAME to join our Bankstown Maintenance Repair and Overhaul team. The successful candidate will be working with an experienced and dedicated team carrying out a range of maintenance and modification activities on various aircraft types.

Your Responsibilities
Perform routine and non-routine maintenance ensuring safety and integrity.
Conduct detailed inspections and diagnose complex issues.
Complete accurate documentation for maintenance operations in accordance with CASA and company standards.
Collaborate with the broader engineering team, sharing knowledge, and facilitating continuous improvement.
Act as a mentor for apprentice engineers, imparting wisdom and practical know-how
To Be Successful
CASA/EASA/NZ CAA Licence
Demonstrated experience working on small to medium sized aircraft. Including Cessna and Dassault corporate jets, Beechcraft, Cessna Turboprop aircraft.
Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a knack for detailed troubleshooting.
Strong team player who thrives in fast-paced environments.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work with minimal supervision in a heavily compliant environment.
Experience working with line and base maintenance and modification work.
Knowledge and understanding of aviation regulatory requirements for aircraft maintenance.
In-depth knowledge of CASA regulations and safety standards.
Availability for potential on-call support for AOG requirements.
