ABOUT THE POSITION
Job Type: Full-time,
2pm Friday finish!
No weekend work, No shift work, No evening work!
Monday to Friday, flexible start/finish times that you can choose between 730am/8am/8.30am starts

Position will be across both clinics - Greensborough & Bundoora
Open to part time or school hours only for exceptional candidates (minimum 30 hours per week)

Sounds Right Speech Pathology (SRSP) is an established private practice in the northern suburbs of Melbourne. We are one of the few registered NDIS providers in the area and have two clinics located in Bundoora and Greensborough.
Bundoora - in the Uni Hill factory outlet precinct
Greensborough - Central located off Diamond Creek road
Onsite parking at both clinics

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Qualifications
No specific qualifications are required for this position, however posses a keen attitude to learn and be a strong team player!
Essential Experience
Customer service experience
Strong job history
Desirable Experience
Administration experience
Experience with Google (Gmail, Sheets, Chat, Drive)
Experience with Halaxy or similar patient management software
Experience with Xero or similar accounting software
Requirements
The following are only required once a position is obtained at SRSP. The successful applicant must be willing to obtain these prior to commencement
Working with Childrens Check (paid by SRSP)
NDIS workers check (paid by SRSP)
National police check
Infection Control Training
DUTIES INCLUDE
Welcome all clients and visitors upon entry
Respond to phone calls and email enquiries in a friendly and professional manner
Maintaining accurate recording of client correspondence
Manage appointments, invoicing, onboarding & offboarding of clients
Promote links with stakeholders (schools, GP clinics, NDIS plan managers/coordinators etc.) to develop resources, promote services and attract new clients
Promote clinic wellbeing and culture by coordinating and planning team events and clinic celebrations
Maintain clinic resources
Adheres to Policies and Procedures - including cancellation policy
Contribute to positive team culture and team efficiency
