Highly innovative Manufacturing business require the assistance of an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join their small and efficient Finance team on a part-time basis, for 6 months. You will be processing full function AP using D365 and assisting the team with a project. You will enjoy a close knit and down to earth working environment.

The Role
Reporting to the Financial Controller, the responsibilities of the role will include,

• Managing AP Inbox and queries
• Set up of new suppliers and verifying information
• Matching PO's and managing approval process
• Supplier statement reconciliations
• Set up and managing payments runs
• Working on projects

About You
The successful applicant will have/be,

• Highly experienced in full function Accounts Payable processing
• A strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
• Well developed verbal and written communication skills
• A positive and professional team player
• Dynamics 365 experience highly regarded
