The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for anlaysis and technical design and delivery of business and operational solutions across the O365 suite.
This role acts as a pivotal link between business units and technical staff to ensure business are captured and tracked, and the requirements are understood and articulated for correct solution design and implementation.
This role is responsible for conducting a detailed investigation, analysis and evaluation of functional and non-functional requirements.

Necessary experience:

• Extensive experience in third party software management and technical understanding
• Strong experience with COTS and ITIL
• Strong experience with O365 products
• Experience with developing both functional and non-functional specifications
