They're seeking a Director in Melbourne with a Mechanical Engineering background to lead and develop their multidisciplinary team across services including acoustics, lighting and sustainability. For the right candidate, there's also an Associate Director pathway with progression to Director once established in the role.

This position uniquely combines group leadership, project management and client development responsibilities. You'll not only cultivate client relationships but also mentor and manage approximately 30 engineers working across data centre, healthcare, commercial and educational projects.

Requirements:

• Mechanical engineering degree with 15+ years' experience in a competing building services consultancy
• Strong team leadership capabilities
• Experience with data centre projects highly regarded
• Interest in electrification technologies advantageous
