ABOUT THE POSITION.

As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will play a key role in the design and optimisation of mechanical systems across a diverse project portfolio. Collaborating with a skilled and dedicated team, you will lead the development of innovative and sustainable HVAC solutions from concept through to completion. Your expertise will be crucial in addressing complex engineering challenges, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and contributing to the successful delivery of high-quality projects.

DUTIES.

• Lead projects from concept to completion
• Detailed design of HVAC systems for Building Services projects
• Calculate heat loads, pipe sizing and duct sizing
• Perform design quality checks
• Conduct site inspections to verify design accuracy and project progress
• Manage project timelines
• Coordinate with clients, contractors and stakeholders

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Extensive project experience in a Building Services environment
• Proficiency in Revit, Camel, Carrier HAP and Bluebeam
• Excellent communication skills
