They currently employ around 150 valuable people across Sydney and Melbourne. Their project range is $10M - $100M across the commercial sector with a strong focus on Industrial. Turnover for the group is around $400M.

The Role

They are looking for a Project Manager that can drive the construction process from concept through completion and add value at all stages. Someone who is not restrained by old style thinking. A leader who is solutions focused and gives the client a positive experience.

Most of all you can galvanise a team and have the flexibility to work in with the different personalities to ensure smooth delivery of the projects. The team culture they have developed is fundamental to this business. It is critical that you can mentor the CA's and site team and assist with their career development at all times.
