Project Manager Opportunity | Melbourne-based Industrial Builds

We’re working with a long-standing Melbourne-based D&C business that’s on the lookout for experienced Project Managers to join their growing team.

This company delivers large-scale industrial, distribution, and logistics facilities – think 20,000–70,000 SQM projects valued between $20M–$40M. With over 1.5 million square metres of industrial property already delivered and a robust pipeline ahead, now’s a great time to get involved.

Who are they looking for?
A Project Manager with strong experience in large-scale industrial builds. Exposure to cold storage or data centre projects is highly desirable. Bonus points if you’ve worked on internal installations like automation systems or coolstore fitouts – that knowledge will go a long way.

They’re a true D&C operator, managing the entire process in-house. Relationships are everything here – they have an 85% repeat client base, with many clients engaging them across 3–5 projects. Subcontractor loyalty is just as strong – many have worked with the business for over a decade.

How they work:

• PMs typically run one job at a time, though there’s flexibility if you prefer managing multiple at different stages
• Project teams include a Senior PM, PM, Cadet PM, and 2–3 CAs, plus strong site support
• Projects run for 9–12 months, with PMs able to get involved from early design phases for more creative control

Tech-forward & people-focused:
Always looking to refine and innovate, they’re a tech-led business using a range of construction software – JobPac experience is a big plus here.

Salary Range:
$200K–$250K incl. super (negotiable depending on experience)
