About the role

Bonza Botanicals', one of Australia's leading ornamental plant breeding companies, is seeking a Casual Nursery Hand to join our team at our nursery in Springwood, NSW 2777. This is a casual position offering the flexibility to work 1-2 days a week to suit your availability.

What you'll be doing

Assisting with the general maintenance and upkeep of our plant nursery

Sowing, transplanting and potting a variety of plants and seedlings

Watering, pruning and grooming plants to ensure they remain healthy

Helping to maintain a clean, tidy and organised nursery environment

Other nursery-related duties as required

What we're looking for

Ability to work unsupervised

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully

Physically fit and able to undertake manual tasks such as lifting, bending and reaching

Motivated and well organised

Ability to work outdoors and in covered greenhouses in all weather conditions
