Tasks & Responsibilities:

· Supervising a team by assigning tasks, monitoring performance and providing feedback

· Coordinating deliveries and pick ups

· Ensure the optimal health and growth of the vegetable seedlings

· Direct the team in daily operations

· Communicate with Management to ensure business improvements and customer satisfaction

· Uphold stringent plant hygiene practices

· Undertake general Maintenance

The successful applicant will have the following:

· The ability to communicate with clarity and enthusiasm

· Adept at leading a team and work independently

· A keen eye for detail and pride in quality work

· Forklift license (preferred but not essential)

· Good personal fitness and enjoy leading a team

· Current drivers license

· Enjoy working outside

· Horticulture experience an advantage
