The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Qualified Carpenter to join our growing team. This role is perfect for a skilled professional who takes pride in their work, can lead by example, and is eager to contribute to the success and reputation of AC Constructions QLD.

Key Responsibilities

Perform high-quality carpentry work across residential and/or commercial projects.

Lead and mentor apprentices, fostering skill development and a strong work ethic.

Manage and run job sites efficiently, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to specification.

Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and subcontractors.

Requirements

✔ Highly experienced carpenter with a proven track record.
✔ Ability to teach and mentor apprentices.
✔ Demonstrated ability to independently run jobs.
✔ Own tools of trade – must be fully equipped.
✔ Reliable transport essential.
✔ Well-mannered and presentable with excellent client-facing skills.
✔ Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
