About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused sales professional to join our expanding team. This is a critical role focused on back-to-base selling—re-engaging our existing client base to uncover new sales opportunities, renew licenses, and expand the use of Megabus products and services.
You will be the primary point of contact for licence renewals and play a key role in identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities, ensuring that our clients continue to derive maximum value from our solutions.
Your success will come from building strong, long-term relationships, understanding client needs, and proactively offering relevant enhancements and services that drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth through back-to-base sales by re-engaging existing customers with additional product and service offerings
Manage the licence contract renewal process and proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
Conduct face-to-face prospecting and outbound telemarketing to generate leads within the existing client base
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute targeted back-to-base sales campaigns
Maintain and update content on the corporate marketing platform, ensuring consistent follow-up on lead activity
Build and manage a sales pipeline of opportunities within current accounts
Meet or exceed quotas for lead generation, appointments, and renewals
Use internal systems to manage the sales funnel and track client engagement
Skills & Experience
2–4 years of experience in solution-based sales within a technology environment, ideally with a focus on business software applications
Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Strong self-motivation and discipline, with a proactive, results-driven mindset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in the Automotive Aftermarket sector will be highly regarded
