About the Role: We are seeking a friendly and reliable casual retail assistant to join our team. This position involves assisting customers, handling sales, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities:

Serving customers, answering questions, and providing excellent customer service.

Processing sales transactions and handling cash register operations.

Assisting with stocking shelves, arranging merchandise, and maintaining a tidy store.

Participating in inventory management and order processing.

Adhering to safety regulations and protocols related to firearms handling and storage.

Qualifications:

Excellent customer service skills.

Basic computer skills (for sales systems). Training will be provided on Retailer POS software.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Previous retail experience preferred.

Must have experience with firearms and hunting knowledge is a plus.

Must have a NSW Firearms licence and a clean record as we will have to apply for an Employee Authority in order for you to work in the sale of Firearms.
