Your Role & Responsibilities:

Conduct whole-body assessments to identify imbalances and dysfunctions.

Design and implement evidence-based treatments including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional movement training.

Educate and empower patients on their condition, treatment options, and self-management strategies.

Monitor and document patient progress, adapting plans for optimal outcomes.

Maintain clear, accurate records in line with regulatory standards.

Provide clear instruction and demonstration of rehabilitation exercises.

Confidently lead small-group classes in Playground and Clinical Pilates.

Refer patients within the Function system to support progression.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic, integrated care.

Embrace and apply the Function therapy method, challenging the clinical norm.

Actively contribute to a caring, compassionate team culture and social workplace.

Participate in meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development.

Uphold ethical standards and ensure patient confidentiality at all times.

What We’re Looking For:

~ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy, Osteopathy, or Chiropractic
~ May have experience in Physiotherapy, Osteopathy or Exercise Physiologist.
~ Full Australian accreditation & professional registration
~ Strong clinical knowledge in musculoskeletal & neurological conditions
~ Passion for movement-based rehabilitation and functional training
~ Excellent communication skills and a team-first mindset
~ Drive for professional growth and a commitment to excellence
