In an exciting period of growth for the business, we’re looking for an enthusiastic and talented person to fit right into our Support Centre team and help take our brand to the next level!
Our National Support Centre is located in Adelaide CBD, South Australia where our enthusiastic team focuses on the recruitment of new franchise partners and support of existing franchise partners, as well as working with new and existing clients.

The Position
As a Franchise Sales Consultant, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective franchise partners. Your role is critical in nurturing leads, delivering high-quality discovery calls, and guiding prospects through the onboarding process. This is a consultative sales role where your ability to communicate value and build trust will directly contribute to our growth—and your own earnings.
The role is Full Time 9:00am - 5:00pm (Monday-Friday), centrally located in a brand new office building in the heart of King William Street. Equipped with a gym in the building, and right by multiple public transport access points on our doorstep.
Responsibilities includes:
Conduct structured discovery calls to assess the suitability and readiness of potential franchise partners.
Clearly communicate the benefits, expectations, and steps involved in our franchise offering.
Nurture relationships with potential Franchise Partners, answering questions and supporting new business owners in their journey to join the franchise.
Earn commission for each franchise partner successfully onboarded.
The ideal candidate will possess:
Previous experience in sales, franchising, or business development is highly regarded.
Excellent communication skills and relationship skills
A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Passion for helping others succeed in their business journey.
