Urbanaide Property is seeking an experienced Multimedia Specialist to join the team. At Urbanaide Property, the Multimedia Specialist will be responsible for the successful planning, implementation and management of Multimedia projects. The Multimedia Specialist will have the opportunity to be involved in a range of different technologies including the development of apps (i.e. Wechat, Red Book), web applications, voice recognition systems and other software system design.

Key responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to:

Designing and developing animation, graphics and contents for properties (apartments, houses, estates, etc)

Creating and designing product catalogues for web-based platform using Wix tools

Creating informational graphics for our online articles using Photoshop and InDesign

Analysing the data with the online team for effective creative rollouts, then implementing that strategy throughout the website

Liaising with online team to design product promotional collaterals for web-based platform suitable for desktop, mobile and tablets

Designing and developing animations and graphics for digital advertisement, for the Urbanaide Property Group (when required)

Analyse data and provide insights into Multimedia technology and industry trends

Graphic Design: prepare all promotional material, posters, event collateral, invites, brochures, press advertisements, newsletters, bookmarks, annual reports, educational resources, activities, fact sheets, educator guides, graphics, logos, etc.

Website: ongoing management and maintenance to ensure accuracy

Social media: assist in the preparation of social media posts and information to promote business and Group businesses

Qualifications and skills required for the role:

· Relevant tertiary qualification (minimum Bachelor Degree in Software Engineering or Media Communications etc

· At least two (2) years’ experience in a similar role

· Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines

· Good knowledge of visual merchandise principles and POS

· Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google Adwords etc.)

· Proficient with the Adobe creative suite

· Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic team environment

· Excellent communication skills and a high level of professionalism

· The ability to be self-motivated, results driven and have a high attention to detail

· Chinese language skills is essential
