🎯 Roles & Responsibilities
🔧 Technical Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics, GA4, and other tracking tools.
Manage bid strategies, A/B testing, and audience segmentation for improved ROI.
Implement tracking solutions, including UTMs, pixels, and conversion APIs, to enhance data accuracy.
📊 Functional Responsibilities:
Develop and present campaign strategies and insights to clients and internal teams.
Collaborate with creative teams to ensure ad content aligns with campaign objectives.
Optimise campaign budgets and allocate spend efficiently across platforms.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activity.
🔍 Skills & Experience Required
💼 Experience:
1-2 years of experience in performance marketing, PPC, or paid social advertising.
Proven track record in managing and scaling digital ad campaigns.
Experience working in an agency environment is highly desirable.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid platforms.
🛠️ Skills:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaign performance.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and data visualisation tools.
Ability to develop and execute multi-channel digital strategies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
🎓 Bonus
Google Ads or Meta Blueprint Certification is a strong advantage.
