Right now, we’re looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager who can lead with strategy, own client relationships, and keep complex projects running like clockwork.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Client Management

Be the strategic lead and day-to-day contact for a senior portfolio of clients.

Build strong, trusted relationships by understanding their goals, challenges, and opportunities.

Lead performance reviews, report on ROI, and communicate wins (and learnings) with confidence.

Digital & Marketing Strategy

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across paid media, SEO, email, and conversion optimisation.

Collaborate with creative, content, and data teams to bring campaigns to life.

Use insights to shape bold ideas that drive business growth – not just vanity metrics.

Project Management

Own campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables – ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.

Run weekly WIPs, manage cross-functional teams, and keep stakeholders aligned.

Bring proactive energy and solutions to every project.

Who You Are:

5+ years in performance marketing or a digital strategy role (agency experience a big plus).

Proven ability to lead clients and teams with clarity, confidence, and empathy.

Deep experience across paid social, Google Ads, GA4, Meta, TikTok, email, and CRO.

Obsessed with performance, but not at the cost of brand.

Strong communicator with killer attention to detail and a get-it-done attitude.
