About the Role

The Lookout Way is seeking an experienced Data Migration and Automation Specialist to join our Customer Transformation Team. The primary responsibility of this role is to take customer data from legacy systems, clean it, map it, and import it into instances of Lookout according to the implementation timeline. You’ll use a combination of the Lookout API, custom import scripts, and custom analytics tools to perform and verify the migration.

The secondary responsibility of this role is build automations to statements of works using a combination of our API and Workato recipes.

Responsibilities

Data Migration: Execute data migration activities (e.g. ETL) against a defined strategic data migration project plan from external legacy platforms to Lookout's Care Suite.

Solution Implementation: Work with our Solution Designer and Solution Delivery Manager to build solutions to specifications and occasionally facilitate a user acceptance testing session with a customer.

Product Feasibility and Requirements Gathering Support: Participate in requirements gathering support by building and maintaining an in-depth knowledge of common classes of problems and solutions. Continue to ensure customer satisfaction through the delivery of the highest quality Pre-Sales support.

Project Management: Participate in daily stand ups, planning to provide status updates and ensuring timely and accurate progress reporting for allocated project work through Lookout’s preferred Project Management tool.

About You

Your Qualifications, Skills and Experience

2+ years experience extracting, transforming, and loading data from CSVs, web APIs, and SQL databases using Python (preferred) or equivalent scripting language.

1+ years experience building and supporting automatons with Workato (Preferred) or equivalent middleware such as Jitterbit, Zapier, or Boomi.

Demonstrated experience providing excellent customer service to varying audiences.

Optionally, experience in the aged care industry and care operations.

Optionally, experience with a cyber security programme such as SOC2.

We are prepared to offer a competitive salary package of around $90,000-$100,000 per year plus super, depending on your skills and experience.

You’ll work remotely from anywhere in Australia as long as you have a stable internet connection and a comfortable setup. We do have offices throughout the country for face to face contact.
