About the Role:
We’re partnering with a well-regarded not-for-profit OSHC service conveniently located for OSHC Leaders living on the North Shore or Northern Beaches. This full-time Assistant Director role is ideal for someone ready to step into leadership or expand on existing 2IC experience—with space to grow, lead, and be supported.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Helping lead daily operations and ensuring smooth compliance
• Supporting and mentoring a passionate educator team
• Driving engaging, child-led programming aligned with MTOP
• Maintaining relationships with families and school partners
• Leading with initiative, care and clear communication

What We’re Looking For

• At least 12 months in a leadership or 2IC role within OSHC
• WWCC, Child Protection, First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training
• Strong leadership potential and a great attitude

Child Safeguarding:

Looking for an individual that will understand, adhere to, and promote The National Principles for Child Safe Organisations (the Child Safe Standards). In your position, you will help to take action to promote child wellbeing and prevent harm to children and young people.

Child safeguarding methods for this position, include, but are not limited to:

• A NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC) or willingness to obtain.
• Thorough screening.
• Reference checks.
• A national criminal history check.
