We are excited to be supporting our Client in the recruitment of an OSHC Coordinator based in the Northern Beaches!

Are you a Coordinator or 2IC looking to take that next step in your career? This is the role for you! Our client will provide a thorough onboarding with ongoing training and development in Children Services.

About the role:

• Lead a high-quality OSHC service that operates Before, After and Vacation Care Programs
• Work for a private provider that prides itself on offering innovative and engaging care environments
• Lead a consistent and stable team of Educators
• Report directly to the General Manager who will provide you with going support and mentoring

• Permanent full time - 38 hours per week
• 60 Approved Places- 30 BSC & 30 ASC
• Before School Hours 6:50am - 9:20am
• After School Hours 1:30pm - 6pm
• Work closely with the local schools

About you:

• Experience as a Coordinator, Director, Early years 2IC/ Room Leader and/or OSHC Assistant Coordinator
• Passionate about working with children within an Early Years setting
• Good communication skills
• Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) or My Time Our Place (MTOP)
