About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Educator who brings enthusiasm, professionalism, and a child-centered approach to early learning. This role involves planning and implementing developmentally appropriate programs, fostering strong relationships with children and families, and contributing to a positive team dynamic.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, implement, and evaluate educational programs that reflect the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

Build nurturing and respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues

Maintain compliance with the National Quality Standards (NQS) and relevant regulations

Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for all learners

Document children’s learning and development effectively

Collaborate with team members and contribute to a supportive work culture

Essential Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent recognised qualification)

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role

Current Working with Children Check

First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification

Sound knowledge of the EYLF and NQS

Strong communication and organisational skills

A genuine love for working with young children
