We are in the process of constructing a cutting-edge facility that will take our business to new heights. As part of this exciting growth, we are seeking an experienced Sales Representative/Account Manager to join our dynamic team.
What you'll be doing
Actively engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions within the passenger and truck tyre industry.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets
Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments
Provide valuable feedback to the sales and marketing teams to inform product roadmap and strategy
What we're looking for
Proven track record of success in a B2B sales role, preferably within the tyre, rubber or manufacturing industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and address customer needs
Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
Strong organisational and time management skills to juggle multiple tasks and priorities
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and data analysis tools
