Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate end-to-end management of inbound customer orders with overseas agents, carriers, and internal teams.
• Provide shipment updates to customers via order management systems and reports.
• First point of contact for import-related enquiries, building client and partner relationships.
• Respond to customer issues to ensure satisfaction and service quality.
• Support internal departments to ensure smooth shipment handling.
• Assist with quoting, client pricing, and attending client meetings.

Skills and Experience:

• 2 to 3 years’ experience within international freight forwarding in either Customer Service or end-to-end Import Operations.
• Knowledge of import procedures and customs clearance processes.
• Interpersonal skills with ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be an Australian resident or hold a valid visa with full work rights (no restrictions).
• Previous experience using CargoWise One (CW1) is highly regarded.
