About the Role
We're looking for a Lawyer or Associate with 2–5 years' post-qualification experience to join the Banking and Finance team in Sydney. You’ll be working closely with partners on a wide range of front-end banking and finance matters. Expect to get involved in corporate, property, construction and asset finance, fund-related work, receivables financing, and general advisory work – including advice under the PPSA.

About you
You’ll have solid experience in banking and finance law from a respected firm, and bring with you a strong sense of responsibility, independence, and professionalism. We’re after someone who’s client-focused, proactive, and not afraid to take ownership of their work!
