You’ll be the commercial brain behind the build — managing contracts, subbies, claims, and cash flow like a pro. You’ll work across a seriously varied project portfolio (residential, health, education, commercial, and more), all built through high-tech modular systems. No day’s the same, and you’ll be embedded in a team where your commercial smarts actually shape outcomes.

You:

A sharp, systems-savvy CA with experience on the builder side. You know your way around head contracts, procurement, and love a well-managed spreadsheet almost as much as a well-run site.

The Offer:

$140K – $160K + super
