Emirates Leisure Retail Australia New Zealand (ELRANZ) operates over 30 venues across 6 Airports in the region. These include the fresh and vibrant 100 Miles (ADL), the Italian inspired pasta bar Gusto (MEL & SYD) and our own café brand BARista (PER & SYD). We also partner with iconic brands including Heineken (SYD), AFL (MEL), and Little Creatures (PER). Launching into Australia in 2008, ELRANZ has rapidly expanded into the Airport Bar & Restaurant marketplace, setting the benchmark globally in premium airport dining.

THIS ROLE/LOCATION

We are seeking enthusiastic bartenders, baristas & all rounders who are passionate about coffee and food and about providing exceptional guest experiences.

• Multiple positions available - full-time and casual
• Brisbane International Airport
• Barista/Customer Service roles
• Training across multiple sites
• Must be available to work early morning and night shifts (4am starts)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to)

• Serve our valued guests with enthusiasm
• Making barista quality coffee
• All whilst following ELR ANZ policies, guidelines and procedures

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Must have barista work experience
• Must have an Australian Driver Licence and own reliable transportation
• A passion for great guest service and a team player
• A keen focus on ensuring quality every time
• Ability to work on a 7 days rotating roster, including weekends, public holidays and early morning start (4am)
