Conti Group is looking for an experienced Assistant Building Surveyor with at least 4 years under their belt, ready to hit the ground running. If you know your way around building permits, can confidently handle inspections, and want to take the next step in your career, we’d love to have a chat. What you'll be doing:

· Assessing building permit applications; both domestic and commercial

· Attending inspections across residential and commercial sites (as required)

· Preparing and reviewing reports and documentation

· Applying the NCC, Building Act & Regulations confidently

· Liaising directly with clients, builders, and consultants

· Supporting the wider team with compliance and advice

What we’re looking for:

· Minimum 4 years’ experience in building surveying

· Strong understanding of domestic and small commercial projects

· Confident dealing with builders, architects, and stakeholders

· Someone who can take initiative, problem-solve, and work independently

· Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills

· Capacity to communicate effectively in oral and written form as a professional

· Degree/Diploma qualification in Building Surveying
