About the Role:

As an Office Administrator, you will play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly. You’ll be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring the team has the support they need to continue delivering world-class solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General office administration, including managing correspondence and filing
  • Coordinating meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements
  • Assisting with reports, data entry, and maintaining records
  • Liaising with internal teams and external partners
  • Ensuring the office environment is organised and welcoming

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in an office environment
  • Exceptionally organised with great attention to detail
  • A bubbly and positive personality – team spirit is a must!
  • Strong multitasking skills and ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
