iPlay Australia now has 24 venues across QLD, NSW, ACT & WA, with the inclusion of regional areas such as Rockhampton, Coffs Harbour, Dubbo Cairns. We also have satellite arcades in over 200 individual sites and this area of our business is set to grow remarkably over the next 12 months.

About the Role - Part time positions available:

An exciting opportunity has arisen to be a part of the iPlay Australia technical team as a full time Satellite Arcade Auditor and Cash Collections Agent. Based in Brisbane or Sydney, your role is to ensure comprehensive auditing of game play and redemption stock as well as collect and bank cash payments by following a calendar to ensure all machines receive regular maintenance and cleaning. Some basic technical knowledge to unblock coin jams and plush prizes will be taught.

You will be representing iPlay Australia and visit sites in hotels and out of home entertainment venues as well as in malls and shopping strips.

A travelling role, award grade 3 ppt or casual as per your preference!!

A week in the life of your new role:

Working at our satellites on Brisbane Northside up to Noosa, you will be responsible for:

Reporting technical faults to the National Satellites Manager

Carry out basic repairs, perform basic preventative maintenance

Order required inventory stock including plush and confectionary

Securely remove monies collected in arcade machines and bank before end of shift

Audit machines and remove monies from the machine

Kms travelled will be reimbursed at 95c/km.

About you:

Professional and friendly personality

Hold a National Police Check or be willing to receive one

Ability to count money using money counters and record accurately

Your own vehicle that has adequate insurance and road worthiness (km paid as per award rates where a vehicle tracking device we supply is utilised)

Strong verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and as a member of the team, prioritising own work and the work of others within established policies, guidelines and procedures.

1 plus years in a similar role will be highly regarded but not essential: may include money collections or vending machine support
