About the Role:
We have opportunities for innovative and passionate Guest Service Attendants and Supervisory roles at iPlay Whitfords. We have part time positions available from a few hours up to a few days per week and potentially full time for those with flexible availability. Reporting to the Co-Venue Manager's, you will be given the opportunity to demonstrate your exceptional guest service skills and accountability in the daily operations of the venue.
About You:
Guest Service Role:
Must be able to prioritize and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
A Proactive, can do attitude
Reliable work ethic with exceptional attention to detail
Flexible availability for shifts during the day, night and weekends
Exceptional Guest service skills
Cash handling experience
Great communication and presentation skills
Ability to work as part of a team with enthusiasm to create a FUN and FRIENDLY atmosphere.
Supervisory Role: All the above +
Proven experience with hands on supervisory role of daily operations of a business
Strong knowledge of general retail, hospitality and catering operations
Must be a “people person” and be able to professionally deal with different personalities, both internal and external with a goal for encouraging personal development within the team
Able to proactively motivate and encourage your team to drive sales and provide the highest level of customer service to ensure EVERY guest has a FUN and MEMORABLE time at iPlay
A positive approach with strong time management and prioritising skills.
Police check or blue card required and to be maintained during employment.
Approved Managers required or willingness to complete within 30 days of accepting a position.
