Our client, a well-respected Real Estate agency situated in Brisbane's inner west are looking for someone to come on board and provide ongoing Executive Assistant support to the Property Management Head of Department and fast growing Property Management team.

This role would suit someone with a Property Management background who is looking to step away from portfolio management and focus solely on an administrative support role. It's also a great opportunity for someone with strong property administration experience who enjoys being office-based and playing a key role behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing calendars and scheduling meetings
• Organising appointments, site visits, and inspections
• Preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
• Handling email and phone communications on behalf of the team leader
• Document & Data Management

Skills/ Experience:

• Previous Property Management experience
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• A high level of face to face, phone, and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
• Current QLD Certificate of Registration or in the process of obtaining
