About the role

Join the supportive team at McAdam & Turnbull Realty as a Residential Property Manager. As a full time Residential Property Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient management of our portfolio of residential properties.

What you'll be doing

• Manage a portfolio of residential rental properties, including liaising with landlords, tenants and tradespeople
• Supported by administration staff and a shared PM assistant
• Provide exceptional customer service to both landlords and tenants
• Use Console Cloud, TAPI Maintenance, Inspection Express, Inspect Real Estate
• Use Company car and phone

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 years' experience in a similar residential property management role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with landlords, tenants and tradespeople
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask.
• Proficient in using property management software and technology
• A genuine interest in the property industry and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
