First National Mackay, Sarina and Nebo are looking for a Property Manager to join our fun, high performing Sarina office. You'll be empowered and supported in your role of being able to manage a portfolio in the end-to-end process, including but not limited to, ongoing management, repairs, maintenance, arrears management, lease renewals and entry and exit reports.

Managing a portfolio end-to-end, you'll have the ability and confidence to build and maintain relationships with our tenants and landlords. You're a solution orientated individual with experience in conflict resolution and great communication skills that can provide accurate legislative advice to your clientele. We focus on delivering positive client experiences, with attention to detail, and we provide you with the tools and training to go above and beyond in achieving that!

Role and Responsibilities:

End-to-end management of your own portfolio with support and assistance.

Continuing to nurture and maximise existing client relationships and managing client focused actions on your property portfolio.

Ongoing management of maintenance & repairs utilising our dedicated PM software.

Efficient maintenance management and communications with tenants and landlords.

Provide outstanding customer service to landlords and tenants, as well as our trades team.

Carry out inspections, including Entry, Exit, Routines .

Extremely familiar with RTRA Acts and keep self development up to date.

Skills and Experience:

Hold a current Queensland Salespersons Registration and Drivers License.

Outstanding communication skills both verbal and writing.

Great ability in explaining complex concepts to property owners or tenants.

An empathetic nature, strong communication skills and a solution oriented approach.

Equipped with legislative knowledge, and the ability to stay up to date with market trends and changes.

Ability to manage multiple deadlines, with the ability to be resilient and adaptable to change.

Software and computer proficiency, and the competence to learn new systems quickly.

Enjoy team work and have a positive attitude towards challenges.

Problem solving skills.

Familiar with PME, IRE and other popular property management software's.

Ability to lead and guide junior staff.
