About the role

This is a full-time Dental Receptionist role based in our Brisbane CBD practice, Endodontics Only. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional care and ensuring the smooth running of our busy practice. With a focus on patient care and practice administration, you'll play a crucial part in delivering high-quality dental services.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming patients in a friendly and professional manner

Scheduling and managing patient appointments efficiently

Handling patient inquiries and booking requests

Assisting with patient registration and record-keeping

Providing administrative support to the dental team

Maintaining a clean and organised reception area

Working with patients to achieve best outcomes

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably within a dental or healthcare setting

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with patients in a warm and professional manner

Excellent organisational and multi-tasking abilities to manage a busy schedule

Proficiency in using dental practice software and Microsoft 365 programs

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care

A friendly, positive attitude and a desire to work as part of a collaborative team
