About the role

Are you an experienced Wall & Floor Tiler looking for an exciting new opportunity? Fortis Construction Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled trades professional to join our growing team around the Melbourne area. This is a full-time role where you will play a crucial part in the successful delivery of our construction projects.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and tiling walls and floors to the highest quality standards by following plans

Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications

Use adhesive to set tiles in position at each job

Collaborating with project managers, subcontractors and other tradespeople to ensure seamless project delivery

Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment

What we're looking for

Several years of experience as a qualified Wall & Floor Tiler

Strong technical skills in tile cutting, laying and grouting

Ability to read and interpret technical plans and drawings

Excellent attention to detail and quality-focused approach

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Anticipated Hours

Mon - Thurs: 7am - 4:30pm

Fri: 7am - 3:30pm

Sat: 7am - 2pm (depending on site)
