About the role

Performance Tiling is seeking experienced Wall and Floor Tilers to join our team in Landsdale, WA. This is a full-time position for skilled tradespeople looking to be part of a growing company in the building industry.

What you'll be doing

• Expertly install wall and floor tiles to a high standard on residential and commercial projects
• Read and interpret blueprints and building plans to ensure accurate tile layout and installation
• Prepare substrates by levelling, cleaning and applying appropriate primers and waterproofing membranes
• Cut, fit and fix tiles using the correct tools, materials and techniques
• Grout and seal tiles upon completion of installation
• Liaise with clients, site managers and other tradespeople to ensure a smooth workflow
• Maintain a safe and organised work environment

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a Wall and Floor Tiler in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of and commitment to tile installation best practices and industry standards
• Able to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
• Proficient with the safe operation of tile cutting equipment and other relevant tools
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high quality work
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Current driver's licence and reliable transportation
