About You:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to step into the role of Service Manager for our NSW Branch. If you feel you have the skills and ability to oversee the maintenance and servicing of building automation systems leading a team of 6 technicians and manage client relationships, juggling expectations and delivery, we want to hear from you!!

Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and coordinate a team of technicians to deliver high-quality service and maintenance.
Client Management: Develop and maintain strong client relationships, effectively manage expectations, and identify opportunities for upselling additional services.
Service Delivery: Oversee the scheduling and execution of maintenance and service activities to ensure timely and efficient operations.
Workforce Planning: Apply organisational and logistical skills to plan and allocate resources effectively, balancing client account management with team supervision.
Performance Monitoring: Implement processes to monitor system performance and service quality, ensuring continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Experience:
Industry Experience: Proven experience in building automation systems, electrical controls, or related fields.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team of technicians.
Client-Facing Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to manage client relationships and expectations effectively.
Organizational Abilities: Exceptional organizational and logistical skills, with experience in workforce planning and multitasking.
Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of building automation systems and electrical controls.
Skills:
Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team of service technicians.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Technical expertise in electrical systems, controls programming, and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulations governing building management systems and electrical installations.
Additional Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites as needed.
The successful candidate may be subject to a National Police Criminal History Check and a physical prior to appointment.
Citizenship/Visa: Must be an Australian citizen, have permanent residency status, or hold a visa permitting you to work in Australia.
