Junior Service Receptionist

We have an exciting opportunity for a trainee available in our Service department at our Nissan & Renault Dealership in Bunbury.

Our busy and energetic environment has a constant flow of customers that will be seeking your help and guidance. Our goal is to provide our customers with a superior service experience by promptly attending to their questions, and bookings in an efficient and courteous manner.

This role is fast paced, your day will include interacting with a high volume of customers, thinking on your feet, problem solving and developing relationships.

It is for this reason we require someone with the below attributes:

The role:

Meeting and greeting guests and checking in their vehicles

Answering all incoming phone calls

Booking appointments

Assisting with managing the number of booking per day

Invoicing and receipting of payments

Keeping customer up to date on progress throughout the day via phone

Customer follow-up calls

As this is a Junior Position our experienced staff will provide on the job training, product training with manufacturers and access to employee pricing on new motor vehicles and parts, with the satisfaction of working with an organization that strives to be the best in what we do.

Must have a Valid C class Driver's license.
