Position Overview
The Financial Controller will play a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day finance operations and supporting international financial reporting across our global entities. This role requires a commercially astute finance professional with proven experience in managing multi-entity accounting, leading a small remote team, and contributing to strategic decision-making in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all core financial functions including payroll, AP/AR, and month-end reporting
• Manage accounting across international entities and intercompany transactions
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial modelling
• Collaborate with operations on inventory valuation and procurement processes
• Ensure tax compliance and coordinate external audits across jurisdictions
• Support ERP implementation and optimise financial systems
• Prepare timely board reports and provide insightful financial analysis
• Mentor and guide the Accounts Officer to ensure high-performance delivery

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Accounting or Finance, with CA or CPA qualification
• Significant experience in financial control roles within product-based businesses
• Strong background in multi-entity accounting, international tax, and inventory reporting
• ERP system proficiency and advanced Excel skills
• A proactive leader with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with private investors or private equity (preferred)
