Landscaper Position Available – Join Teleios Garden

4th Year Apprentice or Fully Qualified Landscaper

At Teleios Garden, we believe great landscapes are crafted with precision, passion, and a dedication to lasting quality. We’re growing and are on the lookout for a skilled Landscaper to join our close-knit team of Designers, Horticulturalists, and Landscapers.

You must have reasonable industry experience and/or be almost completed your Landscaping Certificate with a reputable Landscaping Firm to Apply!!!

About the Role:
We’re seeking someone with a hands-on approach and strong practical skills across a range of Landscaping and Horticultural disciplines. Your experience is required especially in the hardscaping aspects of garden construction and your dedication with us is needed to inspire our clients to enjoy their space once the job is done.

You’ll be involved in:

Paving installation – setting natural stone, concrete, brick, and more.

Bricklaying and masonry – from feature walls to garden edges.

Concreting – foundations, paths, pads, and small pours.

Irrigation works – trenching, basic pipe installation, and system setup.

Turf installation – preparing, laying, and finishing natural lawn surfaces.

Retaining walls and basic timber structures – timber, and feature stone walls, bouldering.

General site work – soil work, material handling, assisting with plantings, and more.

Machinery Operation – Excavator, Bobcat, small Dingos

Horticultural Understanding – Desired

What We’re Looking For:

Practical experience in landscaping, particularly paving, concreting, and retaining walls.

A solid understanding of landscape construction techniques and set out.

Ability to work hard, work smart, and take pride in producing quality workmanship.

Team-first attitude – we work together and back each other every day.

Driver’s licence (essential).

White Card (essential).

Any additional machinery tickets, horticultural skills, or irrigation knowledge would be a bonus.
