About Haralambis
Haralambis Group is a Sydney-based developer with over 20 years of design-and-construct experience across the industrial, commercial, and residential sectors. We create contemporary buildings that are functional, low-maintenance, and thoughtfully integrated into their local neighbourhoods - producing assets that perform just as well for owner-occupiers as they do for investors.
Privately owned and proudly local, we manage the full property cycle in-house - from site acquisition, financing, and architectural design through to construction, facilities management, and asset leasing. This approach gives our teams true end-to-end project influence and clear career pathways.
The result? High-quality industrial and mixed-use spaces helping to build Sydney’s future.
