In addition to our full-service locations, we’re launching brand new stand-alone Pilates studios, providing a boutique fitness experience alongside our gyms.

The Role:

We’re seeking a passionate and driven Sales Consultant to join our team at our Pilates Studio in Bondi Junction and to help support the growth of our upcoming studios across the Eastern Suburbs! We’re looking for an individual who’s results-oriented, with excellent communication skills, a love for fitness, and a drive to achieve sales success.

As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for:

Proactively generating and nurturing leads through a range of different channels.

Booking appointments, coordinating Pilates Studio tours and communicating membership promotions/pricing options to potential members.

Accurately recording and processing information on our CRM regarding sales and members.

Building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing members and providing exceptional customer service.

Responding promptly to member inquiries via email, SMS or in club.

Working closely with Head of Sales to execute sales and promotions in club, whilst providing feedback to help refine strategies.

Coordinating with Management Team to ensure club safety, maintenance, cleanliness and stock levels are up to standard.

Personal skills & attributes:

Minimum 12 months’ experience in a sales or customer facing role.

Previous experience in sales experience for a holistic fitness company that offers Pilates, Yoga OR Strength/ HIIT classes, is desirable.

Basic knowledge on gym equipment and amenities, particularly reformer beds is desirable.

Basic knowledge on Pilates is essential.

A genuine passion for fitness and a desire to help individuals from diverse backgrounds kickstart their fitness journey.

Adaptable and thrives in fast-paced environments, with a strong willingness to learn and grow.

Excellent time management skills with the ability to adapt to varying demands.

Proactive and driven, with a strong ability to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
