About the role

We are seeking an experienced Production Hand to join our team at GA Millers - the oldest badges and medals company in Australia at Riverwood, NSW. This is a full-time position that will involve operating various equipments and providing hands-on support with our manufacturing processes.

What you'll be doing

Operating various equipments to produce customised badges, medals and other products with high precision

Providing hands-on support with the assembly and finishing of our manufactured products

Maintaining a clean and organised work environment to ensure efficient and safe operations

Collaborating with the production team to meet daily targets and ensure on-time delivery of orders

Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing ideas to enhance productivity

What we're looking for

Experience in using production equippments

Background in manufacturing is highly regarded

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Reliable, motivated, and able to work both independently and in a team

Good communication and basic numeracy/literacy skills

Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, regulated setting

Comfortable working in a factory environment

Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting materials as required
