One Group Labour Hire is currently seeking a hands-on and reliable Production Worker for a fantastic opportunity with our valued client, in Tuggerah

This is an excellent chance to join an industry-leading team in architectural metal finishing and gain experience in a clean, modern facility with a great crew.

About the Role:

• Assist with the preparation, hanging, and finishing of metal products before and after powder coating
• Conduct quality checks on finished products
• Load and unload materials safely and efficiently
• Perform general labouring duties around the site
• Follow strict safety and quality guidelines

What You Need to Bring:

• Previous experience in a production or factory environment (highly regarded)
• Physically fit – able to lift, stand, and move throughout the day
• Attention to detail and pride in your work
• Reliable transport and a can-do attitude
• Ability to pass a drug and alcohol screen
• Ability to pass a full medical
